Santa Claus Sushi
Yup, Santa never looked tastier, and he certainly deserves the effort! Inari tofu pockets filled with sumptuous crab sticks, sushi rice, daikon and nori seaweed, dressed with black sesame seeds. A fun, yummy wonder that is sure to make you smile. Great for children of all ages.
Beef Satay
Skewered grilled beef marinated with a special Malaysian mix sauce for extra layers of zesty flavours. Pair with onions, cucumbers or salads. Excellent addition to your barbecue. Just be sure to make more - you can never have enough satay.
Betel Leaves Wrap
Peppery with a slightly bitter tone, betel leaves are usually wrapped with areca nuts, and chewed for its stimulating flavour – popular in India, Southeast Asia and Taiwan. For our special modern Thai recipe, however, the leaves’ unique tang is combined with more exciting tastes: toasted belacan shrimp paste and shredded coconut pounded with galangal and shrimp paste; then cooked with caramelised palm sugar, and served with dried shrimp, shallot, ginger, lime and thin-sliced chillies. Roll it up into a cone and savour the sweet, piquant mix of flavours. Goes well with any cocktail of your choice.
Spring Rolls
Brunch, lunch or evening party, spring rolls are the perfect celebration munchies for all occasions. Minced pork with veggies in egg-roll wrappers fried till golden and crispy. Don’t forget the special dipping sauce for complete flavourful enjoyment.
Sweet Potato and Prawn Fritters
Best make a lot of these deliciously tantalizing fritters! Prawn meat seasoned with salt and black pepper; deep-fried with sweet potato batter mixed with tasteful spices. Crispy and lovingly tender in the middle, with a rich umami flavour. Dip in sweet chilli sauce for extra tang.
Sesame Prawn Toast
There’s no toast like sesame prawn toast. Succulent prawn paste combined with egg white, Shaoxing wine and sesame oil for a bread spread; coated with sesame seeds and deep-fried to golden brown awesomeness. Easy to make, and a joy to savour.
Panko Prawns Ebi Fry
An exquisite Ebi fry that is crunchy and very umami, with the prawns’ rich flavours accentuated in tasteful panko breadcrumbs batter. Deep-fried and served with yuzu juice and mayonnaise mix sauce. Dress it up with cabbages, and munch away!
Crispy Pork Belly Bao
Mini burgers with a modern Asian twist. Luscious pork belly marinated with hoisin sauce, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, five-spice powder and bicarb soda; roasted and served with veggies in tender Bao buns. Filling, delicious and absolutely satisfying.
