Pork and Kimchi Stir Fry

To Cook
Combine the sake, oyster sauce, gochujang, sesame oil and mirin together.
Heat up a pan and add some vegetable oil. Add some garlic and fry until the aromas are released.
Add the sliced pork and stir, ensuring that the slices are separate.
When the pork is cooked thoroughly, add the kimchi. Stir-fry for approximately 1-2 mins.
Push the pork and kimchi to one side of the pan and cook the sauce mixture from earlier on the other side of the pan. When the sauce sizzles, combine it with the pork and kimchi.
Add in the green onions before turning off the heat. Coat everything well in the sauce. Remove the pan from heat.

Stir Fried Shanghai Noodles with Beef and Capsicum

To Cook
Blanch thick noodles and set aside.
Mix beef slices with ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce to marinate for 5-10 mins.
Heat some oil in a pan and stir fry beef until cooked. Set aside.
Add in the onion, shallots, capsicum and chillies and stir fry for a couple mins.
Toss in the Shanghai thick noodles, beef and seasoning mix and stir-fry until well mixed.
Stir in bean sprouts and spring onions and serve.

Sliced Pork Casserole with Bean Curd

To Prep
Mix sliced pork with half of the marinade. Set aside.
Mash bean curd and mix with minced pork and the remaining marinade. Stir until sticky and make into balls. Heat the meatballs in oil until cooked. Set aside.
Blanch the cabbage and set aside.
Heat wok and sauté onions and sliced pork until fragrant. Add Chinese mushrooms, leeks, meatballs, chicken broth and seasoning mix one by one. Stir fry until cooked, set aside.
Preheat the pot and place spring onions at the bottom of pot. Add cabbage and then meatballs one by one. Simmer until fragrant. Add Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and coriander. Serve hot.

Pan Fried Beef Ribs with Soy Sauce

To Cook
Mix beef ribs with marinade. Combine seasoning mix ingredients in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the beef ribs until cooked through. Dish out and set aside.
Add in shallots, onions and bell peppers into the pan and stir fry for 1 min. Add beef ribs back to the pan and stir in seasoning mix. Cook until heated through.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve with steamed rice.

Stir Fried Chicken Fillets with Mixed Mushrooms

To Cook
Marinate chicken for 30 mins. Stir fry chicken with oil until cooked. Add mushrooms, Chinese celery and capsicums. Cook until heated through.
Add in seasoning mix ingredients and continue to stir fry until completely cooked. Dish out and serve.

Hot and Spicy Fried Chicken Casserole

To Cook
Combine sauce mix ingredients in a bowl. Heat oil in a casserole. Sauté shallots, garlic, dried red chilli peppers, onions, star anise and ginger slices until aromatic. Add oyster sauce and chilli bean sauce. Stir fry until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces. Stir fry until almost cooked. Add sauce mix ingredients and drizzle in wine.
Cover the lid and simmer over medium heat for 5 mins until chicken is done.
Add green chilli peppers and Chinese celery. Toss well until cooked through. Dish out and serve.

Fried Rice with Sea Urchin and XO Sauce

To Cook
Heat oil in a pan or wok and stir fry eggs until just set. Toss in rice and add seasoning mix ingredients. Stir well.
Add sea urchin and stir fry until heated through.
Sprinkle with spring onions and transfer to serving dish.

Stir Fried Beef with Assorted Capsicums

To Cook
Mix beef with marinade ingredients.
In a pan, heat up oil and stir fry beef until cooked. Toss in all the capsicums and stir in Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce. Stir well until heated through.
Dish out and serve.

Pork Fillet and Bean Curd Sticks in Chinese Braising Sauce

To Cook
Mix pork with marinade. Heat up oil in a pan and stir fry pork fillet until cooked through.
Add in bean curd sticks and shiitake mushrooms. Toss for 1 min.
Stir in sauce mix and cook over low heat until sauce thickens. Dish out and serve.

Onion Pork Chops in Sweet Soy Sauce

To Cook
Mix pork chops with marinade.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry onions for 1 min. Set aside.
Heat another 2 tbsp oil and pan fry pork chops over low heat until golden brown and cooked through.
Toss in cooked onions and add sweet soy sauce. Stir well until heated through. Dish out and serve.

Stir Fried Beef with Pine Nuts and Oyster Sauce

To Cook
Heat up oil in a pan and stir fry beef fillet until cooked. Toss in asparagus and bell peppers. Stir fry for 1 min.
Mix in oyster sauce and heat through. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Dish out and serve.

Braised Bean Curd with Seasoned Soy Sauce

To Cook
Combine all sauce mix ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.
Heat up oil in a pan and pan fry bean curd until golden brown. Set aside.
Toss in baby corns, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and green peas. Stir fry with remaining oil for 1 min.
Pour in sauce mix ingredients and add fried bean curd. Cook for another 2 mins until heated through. Dish out and serve.
