- Combine all sauce mix ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.
- Heat up oil in a pan and pan fry bean curd until golden brown. Set aside.
- Toss in baby corns, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and green peas. Stir fry with remaining oil for 1 min.
- Pour in sauce mix ingredients and add fried bean curd. Cook for another 2 mins until heated through. Dish out and serve.
