To Cook

1. Blanch thick noodles and set aside.
2. Mix beef slices with ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce to marinate for 5-10 mins.
3. Heat some oil in a pan and stir fry beef until cooked. Set aside.
4. Add in the onion, shallots, capsicum and chillies and stir fry for a couple mins.
5. Toss in the Shanghai thick noodles, beef and seasoning mix and stir-fry until well mixed.
6. Stir in bean sprouts and spring onions and serve.
