- Blanch thick noodles and set aside.
- Mix beef slices with ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. Heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry beef until cooked. Set aside.
- Stir-fry onion, shallots, capsicum and chillies. Toss in thick noodles, beef and seasoning mix and stir-fry until well mixed. Stir in bean sprouts and spring onions. Ready to serve.
