To Make
- Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Marinate beef slices for 30 mins.
- Heat up oil in wok or skillet over medium heat. Sauté spring onions until they blister.
- Add in beef and fry until beef slices are well cooked, around 6-7 mins.
- Transfer onto a bowl or plate and serve with lettuce, kimchi and steamed rice.
