To Cook

1. Combine meat, soda water and coconut water in a pot and bring to the boil. Remove any froth on the surface.
2. Add seasoning mix, and cook for 5 mins. Reduce heat and braise for 1 hr.
3. Add eggs, braise for 10 mins. Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
