An Asian-Style recipe of the Coral Cod steamed to perfection in aromatic lotus leaf. Sprinkle Goji berries and serve hot! Try this Steamed Coral Cod recipe!

Ingredients:

800g coral cod (scaled and cleaned)
1 tbsp dried goji berries (soaked in water)
1 dried lotus leaf (cleaned and soaked in water)
20g ginger (julienned)
1 stalk spring onion (julienned)
4 tbsp vegetable oil

Seasoning mix

2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce




Steps:
  1. Score the fish by making 2 cuts on each side of the fish. Use 2 tbsp vegetable oil to brush over the fish.
  2. Line bamboo steamer with lotus leaf. Place fish on a lotus leaf and sprinkle goji berries on top of fish. Steam for 15 mins or until cooked.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in fry pan. Sauté ginger and spring onion. Add seasoning mix, stir through to combine well. Pour over the fish. Serve hot with steamed Jasmine rice.
