With the spicey authentic flavour of Thailand.

Cuisine :


Ingredients :

Valcom Green Curry Paste 1 tbls
TCC Coconut Milk 400ml
Squid Brand Fish Sauce 1 tbls
Coconut Oil 2 tbls
Corriander Root 1tbls very finely chopped
Corriander Leaf 3 tbls roughly chopped
Thai Basil 1 handful
Ginger 2 tbls slivered
Garlic 3 cloves finely chopped
Tumeric Root 1 tbls
Shrimp Paste 1 tsp
Asian Shallots 2 finely chopped
Spring Onions 2 finely chopped
Palm Sugar 1 tbls
500 gr Scotch Fillet finely sliced
Bamboo Shoots 2 tbls roughly chopped
Water Chestnuts 2 tbls roughly chopped
Vegetables of your choice julienned
Corriander & Mint leaf to garnish
Marigold flower to garnish

Beef can be substituted with seafood, chicken or lamb.

Cooking Steps :

Heat oil in wok.
Combine and add Valcom Curry Paste, Shrimp paste, Tumeric, Ginger, Shallots, Sping Onion, Garlic...stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add TCC Coconut Milk and simmer for 3 minutes to allow to thicken.
Add Squid Brand Fish Sauce & palm sugar. simmer for 1 minute.
Add chopped Corriander and half the Basil
Add beef and cook till just browned
Add vegetables for 1 minute
Add stirring in the remaining Basil
Serve over jasmine rice and garnish with Marigold, Mint and Corriander.
