Thai green chicken curry

Cooked thai curry chicken and green vegetables

Cuisine :


Ingredients :

chicken thigh fillets diced
canola oil
Thai Green Curry paste
400ml TCC Light coconut milk
green beans sliced
bunch of broccolini
young spinach leaves
spring onions
Thai red chilli
Basmati rice,steamed.

Cooking Steps :

heat oil, fry paste till fragrant, add diced chicken and cook till brown. Add coconut milk, and green veges and simmer till cooked.
Serve on a bed of steamed rice and top with finely chopped spring onions and thai red chilli
