To Cook
- Heat oil in a wok, add onions and fry until soft.
- Add prawns, pork and red curry paste, saute until pork is done.
- Add rice and stir continuously until well mixed and fairly dry. Push the mixture to one side of the pan.
- Add eggs, stir-fry until done and stir into rice.
- Garnish and serve with cucumber.
