To Make
- Heat up frying pan over medium heat and sauté curry paste for 1 min, then add in ground pork and fry until 70% cooked.
- Add in thinly sliced lemongrass and cook for 3 min.
- Toss in finely sliced kaffir lime leaves and cook for 1 min.
- Switch off the heat and stir in sliced Thai chillies.
- Dish up and garnish with sliced bird eye chillies and finely sliced kaffir lime leaves.
