To Make
- In a mixing bowl, marinate the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat a wok with 1 tbsp vegetale oil, add the minced garlic and sliced onion, stir fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and chopped spring onions. Stir fry until the beef is cooked through.
- Add the oyster sauce and toss well to coat. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
- Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil to the wok and add the soften rice noodles.
- Add dark soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce, tossing well to ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Add the spring onions and bean sprouts, then continue stir-frying until the noodles are tender and all ingredients are well combined.
- Return the cooked beef to the wok and toss everything together.
- Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.
