Directions

To Prep

1. Combine all Seasonings ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.

To Cook

1. Heat sesame oil in a wok on medium, stir-fry minced pork until cooked.
2. Add the mushrooms, tofu and Seasoning mixture, bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 5 mins.
3. Add in potato flour mixture and stir evenly until gravy thickens.
4. Remove from heat and serve.
