To Cook

1. Combine minced pork and water chestnut with marinade ingredients. Arrange the mixture on a steam proof dish.
2. Steam over high heat for 10 mins or until cooked through. Discard excess water.
3. Garnish with Chinese parsley and red chillies. Serve.
