To Cook
- Heat up a pan with oil, and fry the eggs (sunny-side-up) then set aside.
- Using the same pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic until brown then add the pork mince.
- Stir fry until the pork is fully cooked then add cooking sake, soy sauce, and salt then mix well.
- Let it cook for 1-2 mins then add chilli and basil, stirring until the basil shrivels.
- Serve with steamed rice.
