- Sift matcha green tea powder into a matcha bowl, pour hot water into the bowl.
- Moving only your wrist, use a bamboo whisk to whisk in a zig-zag motion continuously until rich foam is formed.
- Add the sugar into the tea and mix well.
- Pour in the frothed milk (or normal milk) and dust some matcha powder on top to finish. Enjoy!
- You can also use brown sugar, maple syrup or honey instead of white sugar to add different flavour to your matcha latte!
