- In a saucepan, heat half of the strawberries, sugar and water over medium heat until strawberries soften and mixture thickens. Set aside to cool.
To Make Makgeolli Strawberry Cocktail
- Place the remaining frozen strawberries, cooked strawberries, frozen makgeolli, lemonade, lime juice, rum and ice cubes.
- Blend, then pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy.
