To Prep

1. Marinate pork with the rest of the ingredients for several hours or overnight in the fridge.

To Cook

1. Pan-fry for 10 mins or grill on high for 15-20 mins or until the pork is cooked. Turn the meat over a few times during cooking. Serve with rice and kimchi.
2. Your daeji bulgogi is ready.
3. N.B. If using sliced pork neck it’s best to marinate the meat for at least 12 hrs in the fridge.
