To Make
- Combine pork with all marinade ingredients. Mix well, working the liquid into the meat until fully absorbed. Marinate for 15 minutes.

- Heat a wok without any oil, dry fry green chillies until the skin is slightly blistered. Remove and set aside.

- In the same wok, heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Add garlic, fermented black beans, and marinated pork, stir-frying until fragrant.

- Return the green chillies into the wok. Add the seasoning sauce and toss everything together over high heat until well combined. Sprinkle some water over and dish up.

- Serve with hot steamed rice.
