- Heat oil in a pot, sauté minced garlic and curry powder until fragrant.
- Add the water, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and soy sauce. Bring to boil.
- Add in the fishballs and lower the heat to simmer for 3 mins. Remove the fishballs and set aside.
- Add in the cornflour solution into the pot. Cook for 1 min while stirring continuously, until the sauce thickened. Pour the sauce over the fishballs. Serve hot.
