To Cook
- Heat cooking oil in a wok on high, sauté chopped shallots until aromatic.
- Add five spice powder and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
- Add red chillies and the Seasonings, stir-fry until well mixed.
- Remove from wok and let cool. Store in a jar for future use.
