To Cook

1. Dust fish steaks with corn starch.
2. Heat oil in a pan and pan fry fish steaks until golden brown and cooked. Drain and place on a serving plate.
3. Stir fry button mushrooms and bell peppers in ½ tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fish steaks.
