Directions
To Prep
- Mix seasoning mix in a large bowl. Add in pork mince and mix well.
- Add in bean curd, water chestnuts, ginger, onion, garlic and spring onion. Mix well.
- Form mixture into 7cm patties. Coat patties with breadcrumbs.
To Cook
- Pan-fry until golden brown or until meat is cooked. Turn over at least once.
- Serve with mayonnaise.
