To Cook

1. Mix chicken with marinade ingredients.
2. Heat oil in a pan and pan fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and allow to cool. Dice and set aside.
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill. Stir in seasoning mix ingredients before serving.
