- In a pot, sauté garlic, red chillies, ginger, cinnamon stick and star anise in heated oil until fragrant.
- Add beef brisket and stir fry until browned. Add chilli garlic sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well.
- Add carrots and water. Bring to a boil. Cover and braise on low heat until meat is tender, around 40 mins. Serve with steamed white rice.
