Thai Red Curry

Quick and easy authentic Thai!

Cuisine :


Ingredients :

125 ml Chick stock
small can of TCC Coconut milk
500g Beef strips
Sesame oil
1 red onion
1/2 broccoli
1 tin baby corn
2 tbs Valcom red curry paste
1 Bok Choi
2 tbs Squid brand fish sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
lime juice and rind
jasmine rice

Cooking Steps :

Mix stock and coconut milk and set aside.
Heat wok to high add oil, fry onion and beef in batches. set aside.
Fry broccoli for 1 min, add curry paste and fry for 1 min.
Add corn, bok choi, sugar, lime juice and rind, and stock mix.
Return meat to wok.
Cook until bok choi wilts.
Serve with rice
