Thai massaman curry.

Tasty homemade dish with fresh ingredients.

Thai

Ingredients :

1. 1 large onion
2. 3 large garlic
3. 5 red chili
4. 1 stick of fresh lemon grass
5. 4 caffir lime leaves
6. 3 table spoon of olive oil
7. Massaman curry paste ( from coles)
8. Can of coconut milk
9. 1kilo of bonless beef
10. 3 potatos
11. 3 carrots
12. Fresh coriander
Serves 8

Cooking Steps :

Step 1: chop onion, garlic and chili
Step 2: cut all the vegetables the same size
Step 3: cut the meat all the same size
Step 4: now heat the pot and add 3 table spoons of olive oil
Step 5: fry the onion, garlic and chili in the pot until there soft
Step 5: add the caffir leaves and lemon grass along with the massaman paste and pour half a can of coconut milk.
Step 6: cook for 3 min in medium heat and add one teaspoon of salt
Step 7: add the meat with the other half of the coconut milk
Step 8: cook for half an hour then add the cut vegetables and cover the pot with the lid
Step 9: cook at medium heat for half an hour and stir the meat time to time
Step 10: when the meat is compleatly tender turn off the flame and sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves.
