Probably the only Asian bakery with unique vegetarian pastries and Taiwanese style mooncakes for your Mid-Autumn Moon Fest celebration. Taipei Dainty Bakery is helmed by chef siblings Jessie and Wayne. They bake a variety of traditional mooncakes with the signature salted duck egg centre and sweet jujube, lotus root, red bean, mung bean or pineapple pudding paste fillings.
Besides these wonderful mooncakes, Taipei Dainty Bakery also serves a variety of vegan and vegetarian confectionery, with a café setting for you to sit and enjoy a cosy meal. The menu includes a veggie burger, potato salad, pies, sandwiches, buns, egg tarts and cupcakes, as well as coffee and green tea.
As its name suggests, this is the place for unique Taiwanese baked specialties unlike anywhere else.
