From the restaurant’s concise menu, you can choose between beef or chicken as your protein of choice, and what other trimmings you want in your noodle soup—rare beef, rib, tendon, tripe, beef balls, and so on. Next, dress your bowl of Pho with fresh bean shoots, chilli, Thai basil, lemon, chilli oil, hoisin sauce or sriracha.
Make sure to partner it with an cold Vietnamese iced coffee, or pour yourself a hot cup of jasmine tea and you’re in business!
