Choose from a variety of soups, appetizers, salads, mains and sides that include traditional and modern Thai dishes, flavourful Asian delights, as well as tasty Western favourites. Craving for a particular dish not on the menu? Just make a special request and Chef Mod will make it so.

Opened since 2013, what sets Chef Mod Eatery Service apart from other catering providers, is his passion to personally bring his skills, knowledge and experience to his customers.

“I have training in Western cuisine and I’m into all sorts of food like Thai, Indian and Malaysian. So, this is a cooking service more than just selling food or takeaway. You can watch how I cook, like a cooking class.”

Chef Mod’s signature highlights are his family recipe of Choo Chee Stuffed Squid and Baked Scallop with Tom Yum Sauce. And from the main menu: Deep Fried Tofu with Tamarind and Miso Sauce, various spicy Thai and Asian stir-fries, Chef Mod Thai beef salad, and many more. New dishes and menus are frequently added too, as Chef Mod is always learning fresh and unique dishes to cook for you; plus rare traditional Thai Royal and heritage classics, as well as modern Asian creations that combine authentic flavours with contemporary food aesthetics.
