To Make

1. Place phin filter over a glass cup and add grounded coffee to the filter chamber. Spread coffee evenly.
2. Pour hot water over and let the coffee drip.
3. While waiting for the coffee to drip, heat up the coconut milk in a small saucepan. Once it starts to smoke, switch off the heat and add in the condensed milk to taste. Pour heated coconut milk into a cup.
4. Transfer filtered coffee into a glass jar, cover with lid and shake vigorously to froth.
5. Pour the frothed coffee over coconut milk, and serve!
