To Make
- Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat, add pork mince. Cook for 5-6 mins or until cooked through. Add garlic, ginger and 2 tbsp of Squid Brand Fish Sauce, fry for 2 mins, until fragrant.
- Remove from heat. Add kaffir lime leaves, remaining Squid Brand Fish Sauce, lime juice, pepper and sugar, mix well.
- Once cooled, gently stir in shallots, coriander and mint leaves.
- Plate pork mince and serve with lettuce and carrots. Garnish with peanuts and chilli.
