To Make
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil. Add the pork and stir-fry until lightly browned and about 80% cooked.

- Add the light soy sauce and continue stir-frying for 30 seconds.

- Toss in chopped chillies, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another minute or until fragrant.

- Add the edamame and toss to combine. Pour in enough hot water to just cover the ingredients. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

- Season with salt to taste. Drizzle the cooking wine around the edge of the work and let the wine sizzles.

- Serve hot with steamed rice.
