To Cook
- Heat oil in a wok or pan and stir-fry the paste until fragrant.
- Add pork and stir-fry over high heat until meat is cooked. Add soy sauce, sugar, pepper and bamboo shoots; stir-fry for 2 mins.
- Remove from heat. Garnish with spring onion and chilli. Serve with rice or noodles and vegetables.
