To Cook
- Steam beans and set aside.
- In a hot wok, add a little peanut oil.
- Brown pork belly in the wok, add kecap manis and a little water. Simmer for a few minutes until pork is cooked and sauce thickens.
- Toss in steamed beans and serve.
