To Make

1. Pat dry calamari rings to remove excess liquid. Coat with karaage powder.
2. Preheat oil in a pot to 170°C. Coat calamari rings with karaage powder one more time before cooking in oil.
3. Once the rings are cooked, drain excess oil and serve with lemon wedges and mayonnaise.
