To Cook
- Heat oil over high heat and brown pork mince well. Add the laksa paste, garlic and red chilli, continue to stir-fry for 2 mins.
- Add the long beans, onion and water chestnuts to the wok and continue to stir-fry for 3 mins.
- Stir in the fish sauce and oyster sauce, stir through for 1 min.
- Fold through the holy basil and cook for 2 mins.
- Serve with steamed rice and a fried egg on the side.
