Directions
To Prep
- Marinade fish with tumeric powder and salt.
- Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
To Cook
- Heat up oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Place marinated fish in and fry on each side for approximately 8 minutes until each side turns golden brown, or until thoroughly cooked through.
- Remove fish and place on serving plate. Top fish with sautéed ginger strips, if preferred.
