To Make

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ABC Sweet Soy Kecap Manis, ABC Chilli Sauce Original, honey, soy sauce, garlic and lime juice.
2. Add chicken and turn to coat well, set aside to marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
3. Set air fryer to 180°C. Spread drumettes out in an even layer in air fryer basket, basting top with marinade sauce.
4. Cook for 8-10mins then turn drumettes over and baste the tops with sauce again.
5. Cook for a further 8-10mins or until cooked and crispy. Work in batches as necessary.
6. Plate and garnish with sesame seeds and chilli. Serve with cucumber, spring onion, coriander, and lime wedges.
