To Prep

1. In a saucepan, heat half of the strawberries, sugar and water over medium heat until strawberries soften and mixture thickens. Set aside to cool.

To Make Makgeolli Strawberry Cocktail

1. Place the remaining frozen strawberries, cooked strawberries, frozen makgeolli, lemonade, lime juice, rum and ice cubes.
2. Blend, then pour into chilled glasses.
3. Garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy.
