To Make
- Into a pot add water, agar agar powder, sugar and salt. Place the pot over heat and bring the contents to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to let the contents simmer until all the agar agar has dissolved.
- Add coconut milk and bring the contents to a boil again, allowing it to simmer for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a mould. Let it cool completely before placing it into the refrigerator to set overnight.
- Invert the jelly and cut to serve.
