To Make
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line an 8-inch round baking tin with baking paper.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, coconut cream, pandan essence, oil and salt until well combined and sugar has dissolved.
- Add in flour and stir to combine.
- Pour into the prepared baking tin and bake for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds onto the cake surface, and continue baking for another 40 minutes or until baked through.
- If desired, increase the temperature to 190°C and bake until golden brown.
- Let the cake cool completely before serving.
