Directions
To Prep
- Marinate pork with the rest of the ingredients for several hours or overnight in the fridge.
To Cook
- Pan-fry for 10 mins or grill on high for 15-20 mins or until the pork is cooked. Turn the meat over a few times during cooking. Serve with rice and kimchi.
- Your daeji bulgogi is ready.
- N.B. If using sliced pork neck it’s best to marinate the meat for at least 12 hrs in the fridge.
