- Season the beef cubes in the salt and pepper, heat oil and brown meat, then remove from pan.
- In the same pan, heat the butter and fry the onion and garlic over low heat until transparent. Then return the meat to the pan along with the carrot and potatoes. Add the stock or water and simmer for 20-30 mins, or until the meat is tender.
- Break the curry sauce mix into the tender meat mix, stir until melted. Then simmer for 5 mins, stirring continuously. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
