To Make
- In a small saucepan, boil water with dark brown sugar until sugar is dissolved and thickened. Set aside. 
- Place phin filter over a glass cup and add grounded coffee to the filter chamber. Spread coffee evenly, then pour hot water over and let the coffee drip. 
- Scoop condensed milk and syrup into a prepared cup(s), then pour the filtered coffee over. 
- Lastly, add ghee and give it a vigorous stir until foamy. Serve!
