- Slice choko and cabbage into strips.
- Steam choko, cabbage, water spinach, english spinach, bean sprouts, eggs and potatoes.
- Arrange on plate.
- Top with quartered tomatoes, cucumbers, fried crackers and fried tofu.
- Fry red onion.
- Add water and peanut butter and stir.
- Add vinegar and coconut milk.
- Add brown sugar and salt to taste.
