- Mix beef slices with marinade. Divide carrots, celery and bell peppers into 12 portions. Put 1 portion of filling onto one beef slice and roll up. Repeat with remaining filling portions and beef slices.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and pan fry beef rolls until cooked through. Arrange on a serving plate.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add in sauce mix and heat through. Pour over beef rolls. Serve.
