Directions
To Prep
- Combine minced pork with the Seasonings and mix well.
- Add in the fish paste and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into small portions and form into patties.
To Cook
- Heat some cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, place patties in the pan and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the patties and pan fry the other side until golden brown as well.
- Remove from pan and serve.
