To Make
- Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Heat up oil on a wok and sauté minced garlic, bay leaves and black peppercorns until fragrant.
- Add in minced pork and fry until 80% cooked. Pour in the sauce and stir until well mixed and completely coated.
- Serve hot with sunny side up egg and chopped spring onions.
