Directions
To Cook
- Heat oil in fry pan or wok.
- Place flour on a plate and cover fish well on both sides.
- When oil is very hot, place fish in the pan and leave for 5 mins. Turn over and cook for another 5 mins. Both sides should be very crispy and golden.
- In a saucepan, add the sauces and water. Simmer until heated and fragrant.
- Place fish on a plate and pour over the sauce, garnish with spring onion.
